Warner Bros. Pictures captivated fans M. Night Shyamalan, who is an Indian-American film director, screenwriter and producer, after the release of trailer of “Trap”.
This Thursday the American film studio, Warner Bros. Pictures released the first trailer for “Trap,” the new thriller by M. Night Shyamalan.

According to what was shown in the 2:40 min clip, the plot of this project is about Josh Hartnett, known for his roles in films such as Pearl Harbor and Pec City, and his teenage daughter who attend a concert by the popular of pop star Lady Raven, who is played by Saleka Shyamalan, the director’s daughter.
However, it’s not all fun and music, as they realize that they are at the center of a dark and sinister event.
This is because this event is the ideal place to carry out an undercover operation to catch a serial killer who is loose in the city. The twist is that Hartnett is the killer they are looking for, and on his phone, after entering the bathroom and opening an app on his phone, it is revealed that he is holding a victim hostage.

When is Trap released and who is the cast?
The film, which presented its preview for the first time at CinemaCon and whose appeal will be to tell the story “from the point of view of an unexpected person”, will be released on August 9.
On the other hand, this project by Shyamalan, who mentioned in interviews that he was inspired, in part, by visiting his daughter during the tour and also by Prince’s “Purple Rain,” the 1984 narrative feature film, will feature the presence of Josh Hartnett, Saleka, Hayley Mills, Marnie McPhail, Vanessa Smythe, Joseph Daly, Kristi Woods, Cali Erlichman among others.
