Wout van Aert happy to train on the road again (video) – International Cycling

After the accident suffered in Dwars Door Vlaanderen that prevented him from fighting for his season goals, Wout Van Aert is already riding the bike looking to feel good on it and return to competition as soon as possible.

Van Aert expressed: “Almost four weeks have passed and I am happy to run outdoors again,” says the sensational Belgian runner at the service of Visma – Lease a Bike, he looks comfortable on the bicycle and even stands on the pedals .

Then he gives some directions about where to get ice cream along his route: “If you want to try delicious ice cream you should turn right,” showing part of his route. Additionally, he leaves a message on his Strava: “Almost professional again,” after completing 93 kilometers on the bike.
