WHILE, Waspada.co.id – A Brimob officer with the initials AKP HS crashed into a resident’s car at the Binjai Toll exit, not long ago. As a result, the resident’s silver minibus had a dent in the right front bumper.
From the results of the investigation carried out by the North Sumatra Regional Police’s Propam Division on Brimob personnel AKP HS, they finally agreed to make peace with the victim witnessed by investigators.
“Yes, it is true that both parties in the collision case at the Binjai Toll exit have agreed to make peace,” said Head of Public Relations of the North Sumatra Police, Police Commissioner Hadi Wahyudi, Friday (26/4).
Meanwhile, AKP HS apologized to the National Police institution for his actions which had harmed the community which went viral on social media.
Judging from the video circulating, it appears that the passenger who was suspected of being the victim of a hit-and-run by police officers was involved in an argument because they demanded responsibility after their car was hit.
“This is an irresponsible offender, run, run,” said the voice of the woman recording the video.
In the video, the victim can be seen trying to block the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport BK 1726 ABX, which was intending to run away after hitting the vehicle. “Bro, please bro, don’t just be silent. This crashed,” he said.
In his narrative, the video uploader stated that the police officer showed him a firearm.
“My car is out of balance. Then he honked from behind. Then I couldn’t wait for him to hit me from behind. “Then he told me to go to the front of the toll gate, when I arrived in front of the toll gate he showed me the KTA and the gun,” wrote the video source.
