During this meeting, chaired by the governor of the province of Ifrane, Abdelhamid El Mazid, the members of the CPDH approved several projects retained as part of the implementation of the programs of the 3rd Phase of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH), including seven projects presented as part of the program to make up for Deficits in Infrastructure and Basic Social Services in Disadvantaged Territories for a total envelope of 5.2 million dirhams.
These projects concern the equipping of eight preschool education units with solar panels spread across six local authorities, the equipping of two student houses (Dar Talib) with centralized heating and individual dormitory cupboards, the supply of drinking water to Douar Alharahir (Dayet Aoua) and the development of the Tamahjoubite tracks in Sidi Makhfi and Tissoufa and Ouksassen in Tizguite.
Likewise, the Ifrane CPDH approved nine projects selected as part of the Support Program for people in precarious situations, the total cost of which amounts to 3.6 million dirhams.
These are financial support projects for the management of the Home for the Elderly, the “Dar Al Amane” center and the Provincial Center for people with specific needs, projects to upgrade provincial social protection centers, acquisition of wheelchairs for the disabled, two ambulances and a bus designed for people with specific needs in Dar Al Amal, the installation of an elevator at the Al Amal center for people with specific needs with the construction of the enclosure wall .
Regarding the Income Improvement and Economic Inclusion of Youth program, the CPDH approved nine projects in the areas of the social and solidarity economy for the benefit of cooperatives for a total amount of 1.8 million dirhams. These are projects in the areas of ecotourism, beekeeping, breeding, sewing and carpentry.
As part of the same program, members of the CPDH of Ifrane approved 24 projects in the area of entrepreneurship for a total amount of 1.48 MDH. These include 19 projects presented as part of the Program for the Impulse of Human Capital for Rising Generations, the overall budget of which amounts to 3.9 million dirhams.
