According to the data published by the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia, the indicator of the economic activity of Armenia in January-July 2023 increased by 10.4 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.

The volume of industrial output increased by 0.5 percent in January-July of this year compared to the same period last year.

The volume of construction in January-July 2023 increased by 17.2 percent compared to the same time last year.

The increase in trade turnover in the first 7 months of 2023 compared to the same period of 2022 was 23 percent.

The volume of services provided in Armenia in January-July this year increased by 14.9 percent compared to the same period last year.

In January-July 2023, the consumer price index increased by 3.6 percent compared to January-July 2022, and the industrial product price index remained the same.

The volume of electricity production decreased by 3.5 percent in January-July compared to the same time last year.

In the first 7 months of this year, a 62.6 percent increase was recorded in the volume of foreign trade compared to the same period last year. Moreover, in January-July 2023, compared to the same time last year, exports increased by 62.1 percent, and imports by 63 percent.

The dram exchange rate was 389.33 against the US dollar in January-July.
