Air India, India’s flagship carrier, has decided to postpone its return to our market again, so Israelis will not be able to use its services in the near future.
The airline’s management decided to extend the ban on flights to our country at least until mid-May of this year, although it was previously planned that the restrictions would remain in effect until April 30.
Air India noted that it extended its ban “in view of the developing situation in the Middle East.” Passengers who purchased tickets for flights scheduled for the first of mid-May can contact the company and get their cost refunded.
“Cursor” wrote earlier that international airlines are gradually resuming their flights to Israel. Recently, the Dutch carrier KLM and the Swiss carrier Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) joined this list.
We also wrote that the famous British low-cost airline EasyJet has decided to delay its return to Israel. It will not be possible to use the company’s services on flights to our country until the end of October this year.
