The drone footage, shared by military analysts on Wednesday, has had a significant impact on social media. The video allegedly shows how the army of the occupied country carried out an attack on dozens of Russian soldiers during training in the eastern part of the Luhansk region. According to analysts, the Ukrainians hit the target with three shots. The attack was supposed to take place in the vicinity of the village of Rohove, about a hundred kilometers from the city of Kupjansk, which is under the control of the Ukrainians. “Geolocation footage released on May 1 indicates that Ukrainian forces struck a Russian training ground southwest of Mozhňakivka, possibly with four ATACMS, and reportedly killed 116 Russian personnel,” the Institute said.
The viral clip from the reconnaissance drone is the subject of the GeoConfirmed project on the X platform, which deals with finding locations from images and footage that map the course of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. “Kyiv fired four ATACMS missiles. Ukraine has long sought American missiles, which in their more powerful version can hit a target at a distance of up to 300 kilometers.
