– 2024-05-08 04:47:09″>Artsakh Republic State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan made a message and statement.

As “Artsakhpress” reports, Gurgen Nersisyan, referring to Baku’s complete blockade of the only road connecting Artsakh with the outside world on June 15 through a live broadcast on his Facebook page, noted that since yesterday, humanitarian aid through Russian peacekeeping troops has been completely stopped. the transportation of goods, as well as the process of transporting the patients to RA medical facilities through the International Committee of the Red Cross in order to provide proper medical care to the patients.

Taking into account this circumstance, according to Nersisyan, the state apparatus has completely switched to austerity mode, the organizations providing public service have been given appropriate assignments, restrictions are applied.

“Considering that the situation has changed dramatically, we have made noticeable changes in the existing approaches.

In particular, I am asking the leadership of the state administration system to stop or minimize the use of official vehicles in the case of fuel and other similar issues only in cases of extreme necessity.

Territorial management and local self-government bodies will be provided with the necessary supplies to organize the process of supplying food and bread to the population.

We will provide the Ministry of Health with the necessary conditions to organize emergency medical care.

We will try to support the agricultural work as much as possible in order to maintain its continuity. That process will be carried out under the direct management and coordination of the Minister of Agriculture.

Public transport will continue to operate and inter-district routes will be organized,” said the Minister of State of Artsakh.

Gurgen Nersisyan also appealed to the public, noting that he is asking, urging, somewhere demanding to act more sparingly.

“At the moment, the process of providing fuel to individuals has been stopped, please be understanding, do not constantly pile up at filling stations and address such issues to local government authorities only in case of extreme necessity.

Those who received a fixed coupon for buying fuel cannot use it for now. And in case of extreme need, they should apply to the Control Service of the Artsakh government to get a permit.

Please do not burden the state bodies with unnecessary or unreasonable petitions.

I ask the business entities to be responsible when selling the remaining products in the stores, and to organize it based on the principle of equal distribution and evaluation of the opportunities they have.

I am not presenting all this to panic, especially recently we have patiently prepared for such situations. Our agricultural farms are able to mitigate the created problems to a certain extent and provide even a small possibility of sufficiency, but in all cases we must be organized, balanced and alert,” said the Minister of State of Artsakh, concluding that additional information will be provided about further developments and changes in the situation.
