Because, the community has felt many positive impacts by using this technology.

This was conveyed by Acting Governor Al Muktabar after opening the XVIII 2024 Appropriate Technology (TTG) event at Banten Province Level which was held in front of the Lebak Regent’s Hall, Rangkasbitung, Tuesday (7/5).

Al Muktabar said that current technological developments must be optimized as a means of improving the economy and social welfare.

Moreover, by utilizing technology, every activity we do can be easier and more efficient.

“Likewise, the food sector must be able to be touched by technology. From upstream, such as fertilizer preparation and land preparation, and then during the harvest period, post-harvest to the production stage,” said Al Muktabar in a statement received, Wednesday (8/ 5).

Currently, continued Al Muktabar, many young people in Banten Province have started to carry out technological innovations in the food sector.

For example, those exhibited at TTG include innovations in making liquid fertilizer, accelerating tempeh processing, recycling waste, solar panels and so on.

Acting Governor of Banten Al Muktabar ensured that the regional government would continue to encourage various technological innovations whose benefits could be directly felt by the community
