The aim is to speed up the processing rate of files while waiting for the start of the reconstruction operation of houses totally or partially demolished due to this earthquake.
To do this, local authorities are acting with all the efficiency and speed required by making continuous and permanent mobilization their only watchword, in application of the High Instructions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
Among citizens, optimism is palpable as evidenced by the positive interaction of the population and their determination to contribute to all the efforts carried out by public authorities in order to succeed in this major project of post-earthquake reconstruction.
In order to ensure the success of this major undertaking, the local authorities are working tirelessly to simplify for the populations all the procedures linked to the reconstruction phase, allowing them to obtain the necessary authorizations and providing them with technical assistance in particular , through architectural plans meeting the specificities and standards in force.
In a statement to MAP, Hamza Haddachi, who is part of the team of technicians specializing in topography mobilized at the commune of Ouirgane, indicated that the topographical work is progressing well, notably with the production of side plans and the topographical surveys of the land.
A necessary step, he said, before the intervention of the architect who relies on the work of the topographer to develop the construction plan for the homes.
In similar statements, several residents from Douar Laareb (commune of Asni), claimed to have already benefited from the first two installments of financial aid set at 2,500 dirhams per month over a period of one year, granted to families whose the houses have collapsed totally or partially, as well as the first tranche of financial aid intended for the reconstruction of collapsed housing (20,000 DH).
In application of the High Royal Instructions, the government grants, it is recalled, direct financial assistance in the amount of 140,000 dirhams for completely collapsed housing and 80,000 dirhams to cover the rehabilitation work on partially collapsed homes.
