India won the second T20 cricket match against West Indies by 8 runs to win the series. With one match remaining, Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pund have been dropped from the Indian squad due to workload.
The BCCI has announced that the duo have been released from Bio-Bubble protection to take part in all forms of competition.
The Indian Cricket Board has announced the Test squad for the series against Sri Lanka, led by Rohit Sharma. Rohit Sharma has been announced as the captain and Indian fast bowler Bumra as the vice-captain.
The team also includes Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pund. The Test, which starts on March 4, will be Virat Kohli’s 100th Test.
