Residents of Donetsk report the sounds of powerful explosions or gunshots heard on the outskirts of the city. The roar was recorded in the northern and western parts of the capital of the DPR. According to RIA Novosti, the authorities and law enforcement agencies have not yet commented on what is happening.
It should be noted that on February 18, a car belonging to the head of the local police exploded in the center of Donetsk. The security forces also detained an agent of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who was engaged in espionage and sabotage activities.
Unknown people blew up the Druzhba gas pipeline in Lugansk. And on the Lugansk-Izvarino highway, sappers neutralized a car containing about 200 kilograms of TNT.
Earlier, the official representative of the People’s Militia of the DPR, Eduard Basurin, referring to the plan of the Armed Forces of Ukraine obtained by intelligence, said: before the start of the invasion of the Ukrainian army, sabotage groups will intensify terrorist activity. A total of 25 detachments of saboteurs were trained.
