Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a choice to ship a delegation from Armenia to Russia to take part within the mourning ceremonies in reference to the demise of the nationwide hero of Armenia, the previous chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR, Nikolai Rizhkov.
In response to Article 7, Half 5 of the Regulation of the Republic of Armenia “On the Construction and Actions of the Authorities”,
1. From February 29 to March 1, the Russian Federation (Moscow) despatched a delegation to the Russian Federation (Moscow) with a purpose to take part within the mourning ceremonies in reference to the demise of the nationwide hero of Armenia, the previous chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR Nikolai Ryzhkov, in keeping with the appendix.
2. To incorporate Vagharshak Harutyunyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation, within the delegation.
3. The bills associated to the enterprise journey of the members of the delegation to the Russian Federation, in keeping with the paperwork justifying the precise bills, to make:
1) Mher Grigoryanin, on the expense of the employees of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
2) Purchase Sanosyan on the expense of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia.
3) Aram Ghazaryan, on the expense of the Lori Marzpet of the Republic of Armenia.
4) To Mushegh Muradyan, on the expense of the employees of the Shirak Marzpet of the Republic of Armenia.
4. To acknowledge that the bills associated to the enterprise journey of Vahe Ghalumyan, Davit Arushanyan, Shirak Torosyan and Mikayel Tumasyan to the Russian Federation shall be paid on the expense of the employees of the Nationwide Meeting of the Republic of Armenia.
5. To the Minister of Overseas Affairs of the Republic of Armenia to resolve the procedural points associated to the mission of the delegation to the Russian Federation,” the choice states.
