A duplex in a building that is known to be the richest in New York, USA, is for sale for a huge sum of about $ 60 million. The seller of the apartment is Julia Koch, the widow of the American businessman, David Koch. According to a report by Wall Street III Vernell, the 59-year-old widow spends more time in her other homes in Palm Beach and Southampton, so she has long since decided to sell the luxury 18-room duplex in East Manhattan.
