According to reports, Emiliano Vázquez Bonilla was carrying a backpack and wearing a blue shirt and a green cap at the time of his arrest.
Through social media, the FGEP reported that the councilor is being investigated for the crime of qualified homicide, qualified injuries and abuse of authority.
