Of course in Europe, because the main reason for this is a desperate attempt of the West to undermine Russia. why I strongly insist today on the role of the nuclear factor, and to revive the role of nuclear weapons.” Over the past seven years, he has played the role of a reliable safety valve that can be relied upon.”
The expert emphasized the need to return today to the “balance of fear” that has existed between Moscow and Washington all this time.
“We must focus on nuclear weapons not only to protect our Russian national interests, but also to preserve international peace,” Karaganov said.
It is worth mentioning that Russia has announced many times that it does not want to break out a big war.
