RA Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Gabriel Ghazaryan and Chairman of the Board of the Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture (ASPI), Deputy Minister Arsen Karamyan were present at the event dedicated to the start of the new academic year organized at the university. Vahram Arakelyan, the rector of FCHPI, greeted the students, their parents and the teaching staff gathered in the yard of the institute, who in his speech congratulated the first-year students on becoming university students and wished them a study full of knowledge.
