/ The Iranian Revolutionary Court issued, on Saturday, an additional three-year prison sentence against civil activist and political prisoner Narges Mansouri in a new case.
According to the human rights websites “Hrana” and “Hengav”, “the new verdict against Narges Mansouri was issued by Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran, on charges of (propaganda against the regime) and (gathering and collusion against the country’s security).”
Harana reported, citing a source close to Mansouri’s family, that their daughter had been denied contact with her family for the past two months.
“I have five specific convictions and the authorities are investigating a sixth case against me,” said Narges Mansouri, a member of the Tehran Bus Unit Workers’ Union and one of the signatories of the letter calling for Ali Khamenei’s resignation.
