ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOL Bank and football teams of journalists of Armenia handed over sports equipment to the children of Gavar Orphanage and Khachik village school, which was acquired thanks to the charity match with the participation of the World and European football champion Yuri Dzhorkayev.
“Helping children is our responsibility. We are very happy that as a result of the event initiated by ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOL Bank and journalists, many children got the opportunity to be more active in sports. I am sure that this was not our last joint action, and in the near future we will try to come up with new initiatives,” said D. Alaverdyan.

“The goal of the initiative was to support the school in the border guard village of Khachik and the orphanage in Gavar city, strengthening a healthy lifestyle among children. ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOL Bank has always focused on such problems and will continue to support socially vulnerable children living in border communities,” said N. Asatryan.

At the charity meeting, Yuri Dzhorkayev performed as part of the ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE Bank team, and the former head coach of the Armenian national team, executive director of Pyunik club Vardan Minasyan spoke as part of the Armenian journalists’ team.
