BJP Calls Congress Leader’s Statement on Bangladesh ‘Anarchist’
New Delhi: The BJP has criticized Congress leader Salman Khurshid’s statement that a situation like Bangladesh could arise in India, calling it “anarchist.”
BJP MP Sambit Patra stated outside Parliament that the main opposition party’s statement is alarming, considering the unrest in neighboring countries. He accused Khurshid of wanting a similar situation in India.
“The Congress wants to create chaos in India like they did in Bangladesh,” Patra claimed.
BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy echoed these sentiments, calling Khurshid’s statement “anarchist” and “treasonous.” He accused the Congress of using such rhetoric to mask its failures.
Patra questioned the motives of the Congress, citing previous statements by Rahul Gandhi about potential unrest in India. He accused the party of deliberately trying to destabilize the country.
“The Congress is pushing the country towards destruction with their anarchist rhetoric,” Patra alleged.
