Patna: In the case of a land dispute in Haroon Nagar, Phulwari Sharif of Danapur, the police have taken significant action. Posters have been plastered on the houses of both accused factions, accompanied by drumming. The police stated that the accused have been absconding for a long period and are currently being sought. Following the posting of the posters, their houses will be confiscated.
DSP Provides Update
Phulwari Sharif DSP Vikram Sihag reported that the accused involved in the firing incident in Haroon Nagar Sector 2 remain at large. Posters have been plastered urging them to surrender. Failure to do so will result in the confiscation of their houses. The SHO confirmed that the court order for confiscation is being processed. Those who are absconding are urged to surrender voluntarily to avoid further action.
Notices Served at Accused’s Homes
The police have pasted attachment notices on the houses of several accused, including Naushad, Mohd. Kamil, Mohd. Rocky, Khalilpura, Mohd. Tajuddin alias Tajuddin, Haroon Colony Sector 2, Mohd. Hasan Ali alias Ehsan Ali alias Monu, Mohd. Nishant Mallick, Mohd. Soubi Khan, and Mohd. Asif alias Chhotu. A large crowd gathered to witness this police action. People expressed confusion regarding the reason for the police presence with drums. The police responded by explaining that the accused must surrender immediately.
