National Examinations Center Announces Secondary Education Results
The National Examinations Center announced the approval of the results of the secondary education completion certificate in its literary, scientific, and religious sections for the academic year 2023-2024.
The Minister of Education, Dr. Musa Al-Maqrif, and the Director of the National Examinations Center, Ahmed Masoud, approved the results of the secondary education completion certificate exams for the academic year 2023/2024 AD, with a general success rate of (48.43%).
Masoud reported that 115,163 students had registered for the first round of exams, of whom 48.43% passed. The success rate was 52.50% in the scientific section, 33.11% in the literary section, and 22.56% in religious education.
The results showed:
Scientific: 91,230 students, 47,898 passed (52.50%), 22,195 excellent, 19,374 very good, 5,748 good, 581 acceptable.
Literary: 23,503 students, 7,783 passed (33.11%), 1,561 excellent, 3,644 very good, 2,287 good, 291 acceptable.
* Religious: 430 students, 97 passed (22.56%), 30 excellent, 35 very good, 23 good, 9 acceptable.
The Minister congratulated the successful students and encouraged those who did not pass to work hard and prepare for the second round exams. He also thanked the educational community for their contributions to the success of the academic year.
