Shooter Sarabjot Singh Rejects Government Job to Focus on Shooting
New Delhi, India – Shooter Sarabjot Singh, who won bronze in the 10m air pistol mixed team event at the Paris Olympics, has made a surprising decision. He has rejected a big job offer from the Haryana government to focus on his shooting preparation.
Sarabjot was offered the post of Deputy Director in the Sports Department, but he declined the position. “I want to focus on my shooting first,” he said. He admitted that his family had pressured him to get a good job, but he remained committed to his sport.
