Box Office Update: ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ Continues Domination
It’s been 45 days since Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan’s ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ graced the box office, and the film continues to cast its spell. Despite its impressive earnings, ‘Kalki’ has managed to outperform even KGF 2, becoming one of the highest-grossing Indian films of all time.
While its global earnings have already surpassed the 1036 crore mark, ‘Kalki’ shows no signs of slowing down. The film’s ticket prices were recently reduced, leading to a surge in audience interest.
‘Kalki 2898 AD’ Collection Day 45
With a budget of 600 crores, ‘Kalki’ has defied expectations, generating double the initial investment. The film witnessed a 44.44% increase in earnings on its 44th day, and the following day proved even more lucrative. ‘Kalki’ has now raked in a staggering 643.36 crores across India.
Competition and Declining Earnings
While ‘Kalki’ continues its successful run, other films are facing different fates. ‘Bad News,’ starring Vicky Kaushal and Tripti Dimri, has slowed down after 23 days, earning only 49 lakhs on its 22nd day. ‘Deadpool and Wolverine,’ on the other hand, has maintained its popularity, earning 3.25 crores on its 16th day.
Other Releases and Their Fate
Other recent releases haven’t fared as well. ‘Uljh’ and ‘Others’ failed to capture audience attention, unable to compete with the dominance of ‘Kalki 2898 AD.’
