Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced on the 12th that over 15,000 people visited the model house of ‘Hillstate Lake Songdo 5th’, which opened on the 9th in Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, during its three-day opening period.
The complex, the fifth in the Hillstate Brand Town series located in Songdo Landmark City, has drawn significant interest from buyers due to its prime location. Some units offer breathtaking views of the lake, West Sea, and the city.
According to Hyundai Construction, the model house opened on the 9th despite the hot weather, and there was a long line of buyers even before its official opening. Visitors flocked to the model house to inspect the products and interior designs.
The complex is scheduled to launch in stages, with a special supply on the 19th, followed by the first and second rounds on the 20th and 21st, respectively. Winners will be announced on the 27th, and the official contract period is from the 9th to the 11th.
‘Hillstate Lake Songdo 5th’ will consist of 12 buildings with 2 underground floors and 26 above-ground floors, accommodating 722 households. The exclusive area range is from 84 to 215㎡, catering to the high demand for medium and large-sized apartments in Songdo.
The complex boasts various features and amenities. A terrace-specific floor plan maximizes space, and over 60% of units enjoy permanent views of the waterfront lake or the West Sea. Additional highlights include an alpha room, pantry, large entrance storage, and dressing room (except for certain floor plans), and high ceilings that enhance the sense of openness.
The complex also features various community facilities, including a one-person rehabilitation swimming pool, guest house, party room, and sports facilities such as screen golf, golf practice range, fitness center, and GX room. Private reading rooms, study rooms, and book cafes are also available for residents’ children.
Located adjacent to Songdo Waterfront Lake, the complex offers convenient access to Mark City 3 Waterside Park. The nearby West Sea coastline boasts several parks and recreational areas, including Landmark City 1 Waterside Park, Songdo Moonlight Festival Park, Songdo Central Park, and Jack Nicklaus GC.
The complex is well-connected to transportation, with Incheon Subway Line 1’s ‘Songdo Moonlight Festival Park Station’, ‘Incheon National University Entrance Station’ (planned for GTX-B), and ’Central Park Station’ within a short drive. Major expressways are also easily accessible, facilitating travel to Seoul and other metropolitan areas.
Within walking distance are Heonsong Elementary School and Heonsong Middle School, and a multi-cultural library is planned for the future. The complex is also close to prestigious schools such as Chadwick International School, Science and Arts Gifted School, Incheon National University Songdo Campus, Yonsei University International Campus, and Incheon Catholic University.
Shopping malls such as Hyundai Premium Outlet, Costco, NC Cube Canal Walk, Lotte Mart, and Homeplus are conveniently located nearby.
