Why India did not participate?
What will be India’s position on this resolution against Russia was widely expected. India – Russia has a long standing military relationship. Russia must immediately withdraw its troops from Ukraine, a member state of the United Nations. Its forces should not engage in any form of intimidation. Russia should also withdraw its declaration of autonomy for separatist-held territory east of Ukraine.
