Counterpoint Research experts have listed the best-selling smartphones with artificial intelligence (AI) features in the first quarter of 2024. The report is available on the agency’s website, Day.Az reports with reference to Lenta.ru.
The leader of the segment was Samsung, whose smartphones occupied the top 3 ratings. The most popular phone was the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, which received a share of 30.1 percent. Below were the Samsung Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ – 16.8 and 11.5 percent, respectively.
Below are the Xiaomi 14, Vivo X 100, Xiaomi 14 Pro, Oppo Find X7, OnePlus 12, Honor Magic 6 and Google Pixel 8 Pro. Analysts noted that in the first quarter of the year, 6 percent of smartphones had AI support. Among premium gadgets – devices over $600, or 54 thousand rubles – the share of devices with artificial intelligence functions exceeded 70 percent.
Counterpoint Research analysts emphasized that in just the first quarter, the number of AI-enabled smartphone models increased from 16 to more than 30. According to experts, the share of AI-enabled smartphones will grow to 11 percent in 2024.
