One of the most dangerous fallacies regularly “injected” into our society is that the barbaric regime in Baku can supposedly agree to peace on at least non-lethal terms for Armenia, wrote Vardan Voskanyan, head of the Department of Iranian Studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of YSU.
“Apparently, as an unspoken, but main argument of such a fallacy, it is considered that such a peace can be beneficial to Baku and in many issues its operator Ankara, because it will be possible to neutralize the Russian influence in the South Caucasus.
This is, to put it mildly, a gross mistake, because the barbaric regime in Baku and its operator see a completely different, more “substantial” way of solving the same problem.
And it is actually the actual non-existence of Armenia, which for Baku and Ankara will automatically mean not only neutralization, but also complete exclusion of Russian influence.
Therefore, I will not stop insisting that the only way out when dealing with the barbaric administration of Baku is to put aside illusions and create a state-fortress Armenia,” emphasized Vardan Voskanyan.
