Kyiv 13 Confirmation that 13 ‘martyred’ soldiers are still alive in response to a call to surrender by a Russian warship that came to capture the island of Smyny in the Black Sea. President Volodymyr Selensky has announced that all 13 will be “Hero of Ukraine” after the Ukrainian military said 13 guards on the island had been killed.
