The perpetrators of the crime continue to show suspicious interest in the change of custody service, which is exclusively an internal matter of “Lydian”, by spreading misinformation. We consider it necessary to clarify.

Lidian’s contractual relationship with the previous custody company “Special Security Service” expired in September, and the fact that the new custody service began to monitor the territory from September 1 makes it more than obvious that the pre-planned change of the custody service is due to the contract termination and not under any other circumstances.

Secondly, contrary to absurd insinuations, according to the conclusion of the relevant competent authority, the operation of the previous custody service was partially suspended due to the lack of valid individual certificates for a certain number of employees. The custodial company was given time to correct the documentation problem. No other legal issues have been identified in terms of the previous custody company’s actions in Amulsar.

And finally, regardless of this circumstance, “Lydian Armenia” has engaged a new custody company as planned. This and any subsequent security company will be no less, and if necessary even more zealous, by all means permitted by law to maintain the safety of the residents of the Amulsar area and the community working there, and to prevent any harassment and provocation by the illegal gang.
