“The president of Artsakh held a consultation with the participation of the heads of state bodies, during which the problems of the people of Artsakh forcibly displaced from Artsakh were discussed.
The problems of Artsakh citizens are numerous today, from political to passport issues, however, it is noteworthy that President Shahramanyan addressed, perhaps, the most discussed and cornerstone question: what will be the fate of the famous decree, which implied the dissolution of Artsakh’s state institutions and statehood?
Samvel Shahramanyan emphasized that there is no document in the legal framework of the Republic of Artsakh that envisages the dissolution of state institutions.
I should mention that earlier his advisor announced that this issue was resolved in October.
Perhaps, I would not address this question in detail, because it was largely predictable, but I noticed that the Pashinyan propaganda machine, with its motley representatives, was attacked.
As far as I understand, the disappointment of the latter is that the documentary handover of the Artsakh issue has failed, which means that for the people of Artsakh, the struggle for the sake of Artsakh remains on the agenda, and the issue of internationalization will most likely be placed on the international commission formed by the Artsakh parliament.
