The licensing commission for lotteries, winning games, internet winning games and casinos of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia has declared the license for the organization of the casino granted to “Onira Club” LLC to be invalid, we learn from the Azdarar.am website of public notices.
“Considering that “ONIRA CLUB” LLC until 25.06.2018 was not paid by the RA Ministry of Finance on 01.01.2014. A quarter of the annual amount of the state fee for the 3rd quarter of 2020 for the casino organization license No. HT-001 issued to “ONIRA CLUB” LLC, as well as the fact that the RA Minister of Finance dated 21.03.2019 According to Order No. 266-N, “ONIRA CLUB” LLC was charged with a violation that is the basis for the suspension of the license and governed by Article 15, Part 1 of the RA Law “On Gambling Games, Internet Gambling Games and Casinos”. “Onira Club” LLC by the RA Ministry of Finance on 01.01.2014 under point c. the license for the organization of the gambling house issued No. ХТ-001 has been revoked,” the conclusion states.
“Onira Club” is a legal entity that operates the “Shangri La” casino and is part of the “Multi Group” concern.
