In the first half of 2020, 680.3 billion AMD tax revenues were provided by the RA State Revenue Committee. The revenues actually collected by the tax authority amounted to 622.2 billion, and by the customs authority – 123.4 billion drams.
During the same period, 65.3 billion drams were returned to businessmen in terms of income tax for servicing the value added tax and interest on mortgage loans. In the first half of 2019, the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia secured 712.8 billion drams in tax revenues.
Revenues actually collected by the tax authority amounted to 602.8 billion drams, and by the customs authority – 160.4 billion drams.
During the specified period, 50.4 billion drams were returned to the economic operators in terms of income tax for servicing the value added tax and interest on the mortgage loan. In the first half of 2020, compared to the same period of the previous year, the decrease in tax revenues amounted to 17.6 billion drams or 2.3%.
