Over the past 80 years, world-renowned research in the fields of physics, astronomy, mathematics, computing, mechanics, chemistry, and biology has been carried out at the academy. The researcher and decipherer of the present and historical heritage of Armenia is the department of Armenian studies and social sciences of the academy, to whose workers we are indebted for the discovery and study of exceptional and unique examples of world civilization. The generalized achievements of Armenian historians are the 8 volumes of the history of the Armenian people, the studies on the Armenian question and the Armenian Genocide,” said Ashot Saghyan.
