Inspections by the RA Food Safety Inspection Authority are followed by suspensions of public catering organizations in the capital city of Yerevan, as well as in all marzes of the republic.
Today, the monitoring carried out by the SATM inspectors in the restaurants, cafes and other public food outlets operating in the Ajapnyak administrative district proves that although the business owners have started to be more responsible in observing the rules set by the patrol, there are still signs of inattention and negligence.
The representatives of the food safety control body urge the economic operators to strictly observe the safety norms established in order not to be infected with the coronavirus (Covid 19), and the protocols about the shortcomings are presented by the curfew, on the basis of which, the activities of the economic operators are suspended for 24 hours or longer.
The violations recorded as a result of the observations of the past days served as the basis for today’s suspensions. two dozen public food outlets violated the sanitary and hygienic requirements established by the decision of the warden and their activity was suspended for one day.
The purpose of suspensions is not only to punish for misconduct, but also to give time to eliminate the recorded violations.
