Everything is to be expected from these authorities, what does it mean that the state institutions of Artsakh are being dissolved, said Serzh Sargsyan, the third president of RA, in a conversation with journalists in the courtyard of the court.
“Nothing has been dissolved. What does it mean: they are liquidating, let’s assume they are liquidating, they will not be around forever. Naturally, it depends on the people who were forcibly moved to the Republic of Armenia. If they have no desire, then nothing will be possible to do,” said Serzh Sargsyan.
He mentioned that Samvel Shahramanyan’s statement about the dissolution of Artsakh does not mean anything.
“The Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh cannot be dissolved by anyone’s statement.”
The president said that he will not address the peace agreement because he does not know what is written in it.
“The contract is a document that should be studied, understood and seen. If I have not seen that document, how can I interpret it? That is the working style of the rulers of Armenia. Do you remember any serious agreement that was signed by the Republic of Armenia before 2018 and was signed secretly? These people don’t want the public to know.”
