Armenia is ready to deepen its relations with the EU as much as the European Union considers them possible, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan announced this at a joint press conference with Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna.

“Now, in order to use force in the South Caucasus, close the page on conflicts and establish a dignified peace, we need the clear commitment of all neighboring countries and the strong, sincere support of international partners. There are challenges, there is a complicated history, but it is possible to move forward in the peace process, if Azerbaijan also shows its loyalty to the peace process and popularized principles without any actions,” said Ararat Mirzoyan.

“We will continue the expansion processes in this region. We are ready to work with Armenia on the steps to join the EU,” said Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna, who is in Yerevan on work issues.
