Operations continue in Lebanon
On the Hezbollah front in Lebanon, Israeli Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi affirmed his determination to strike “relentlessly” at the pro-Iranian movement, of which according to Israel 440 fighters have been killed since Monday. Contacts with Hachem Safieddine, who is expected to succeed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, have been “lost” after the Israeli attacks, according to an official of the powerful Lebanese movement.
