The National Cinematheque of Chapultepecin collaboration with the platform American streaming “Netflix”will launch free courses taught in the Cinematographic Training Center (CCC) in Mexico City.
The Chapultepec National Cinematheque will offer free cinematography courses for anyone who wants to become a filmmaker.

For its part, the entertainment company “Netflix” will offer financial support of 22 million pesos for the next two years in order to create new opportunities for those eager to learn the seventh art.
For that, the prominent entertainment company created the Netflix Fund for Creative Equity in Mexicowhere they will present monetary support in order to carry out the projects that are planned regarding the delivery of free courses.
The courses that will be offered will be production, direction, scriptwriting, editing and sound.
At the moment it is unknown when these courses would begin, but it is expected that this agreement between the colossal streaming company and the new Cinematographic Training Center of the National Cinematheque will be a new step for the creation of audiovisual content.

It is contemplated that the CCC will provide its filming devices for students and will have other tools available to everyone, such as cell phones and semi-professional cameras.
