The working group on the information infrastructure of ANO Digital Economy on June 25 approved a roadmap to stimulate investment activity of operators, the Ministry of Tsifra told Vedomosti. In the near future, the ministry will present a roadmap for consideration by the presidium of the government commission on digital development, his representative said.
One of the points of this plan provides for the simplification of operators’ access to apartment buildings and their use of common property, follows from the materials of the department. Often, it is simply impossible to connect subscribers to the Internet in apartment buildings because of the resistance of management companies (MC), the press service of the Ministry of Digital Science explained. They restrict access to the premises and turn off the power of the equipment in order to persuade operators to conclude paid agreements on admission to the house, and if they do not pay, they dismantle the equipment, deny access to the equipment, etc., a ministry representative lists. The Ministry of Finance did not comment on specific rule-making plans and the timing of their implementation.
