On December 6, in Bishkek, the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Kyrgyz Republic Armen Ghevondyan (residence: Astana) met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Jeenbek Kulubaev. This was informed by the Armenian Embassy in Kyrgyzstan.
During the private conversation, a wide range of issues aimed at the further promotion of the Armenian-Kyrgyz political dialogue and trade and economic relations, as well as the expansion of the legal treaty base and cultural-humanitarian projects were considered.
Thoughts were exchanged on the current situation and development prospects of bilateral cooperation, enrichment of the latter with examples of partnership within the framework of multilateral structures and regional associations. The schedule of contacts on bilateral interstate mechanisms of cooperation was observed.
Ambassador A. Ghevondyan thoroughly presented the main components of the “Crossroads of Peace” project developed by RA to the discussion of current issues of the regional agenda.
There was an exchange of views on separate issues.
