“During the meeting, a working group was created, the task of which is to achieve the return of refugees from Artsakh to their homes on international platforms,” wrote Sergey Karnaukhov, emphasizing that all representatives of the Armenian government are categorically against this and declare that maintaining the institutions of the Artsakh government is a threat. to the national security of Armenia.
“Artsakh MPs should continue what they started and not miss the opportunity to bring as many people home as possible,” he wrote.
It should be noted that, despite the decree of the President of Artsakh on September 28, the dissolution of the elected state bodies of Artsakh, the republic created as a result of the referendum, is impossible without the participation of the voters of Artsakh.
