Gagik Tsarukyan’s defense team notes that the RA General Prosecutor’s Office conducted investigations on Gagik Tsarukyan’s properties for about 3 years and obtained the large-scale materials that were provided to Gagik Tsarukyan just one month before the above-mentioned lawsuit was presented to the court.

Under such conditions, it was objectively impossible to fully submit the requested documents regarding large-scale properties within the specified short period of time.
