Russia to declare silence on March 11

Silence will be announced by Russia to open humanitarian corridors from Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkov and Mariupol.

Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation, said that humanitarian corridors will open at 10:00 Moscow time on Thursday, March 11, the Izvestia newspaper writes.

According to Mizintsev, from 09.00 Moscow time, continuous communication will be established between the Russian Federation and Ukraine to exchange information on the preparations for the evacuation of civilians and foreign citizens.
