New Delhi: Election strategist Prashant Kishore on Monday slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s statement that the BJP’s victory in the 2022 assembly elections is a sign of the 2024 general elections. Prashant Kishore tweeted that the struggle and decision for the country will take place in 2024 and it will not be decided by the state elections.
‘Saheb knows this. However, it is a tactical move to establish a psychological dominance over the opposition by making the state election results indicative, ”Prashant tweeted. Prashant also warned not to fall for or be part of the misinterpretation.
The Prime Minister said yesterday that the election results in the states, especially in UP, are a clear indication of the 2024 general elections. Apart from UP, Modi’s response came at the party headquarters in Delhi after the BJP reaped gains in Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur.
