- Users will be able to book tickets with the help of this app. Platform passes, monitor schedules and other tasks can also be completed from here.
- This app has been created by the Center for Railway Information System. This is what develops and designs the app. With its help an information system can be created.
- This app will work only with the existing system. Catering and tourism services can be used under this rule of IRCTC. This proves to be very beneficial for you.
- Currently, IRCTC Rail Connect, E-Catering Food on Track, Railway Madad and National Train Inquiry System are available on the application and website.
- Ticket booking rights are reserved with IRCTC Rail Connect. Because of this, the app can be downloaded by 100 million people. This is the most used app of Railways.
- Other super apps are seen by IRCTC from a revenue point of view. In such a situation, this proves to be a very good option for you.
- Third party booking platforms can be done through IRCTC and can be used from here. With the help of IRCTC app, Railways has earned a revenue of about Rs 4270 crore.
- About 453 million tickets have been booked on IRCTC. This is 30.33% of the total ticket revenue which proves to be quite profitable.
