Non-oil trade between the two countries was 885,719 tonnes worth $192,108 million, a year-on-year increase of 60 percent, the report said.
It is also reported that in the first five months of the current year, Armenia was the 10th trading partner of Iran among its neighbors.
The report reminds that the 18th session of the Iran-Armenia Joint Economic Committee was held in Tehran on February 14-15, during which the two sides signed 19 documents and a memorandum of understanding in order to deepen cooperation in various fields.
The mentioned documents cover a number of areas, including trade development, customs cooperation, maritime transport, food and medicine.
