SEEN FROM ELSEWHERE – After a military deserter, mentally fragile people and at least one person on file with the services, the Belgian government expressed concern to the Ukrainian embassy about its selection of fighters for the International Legion.

When we met him at his home on March 3 in Flémalle, Jacques insisted on his anarchist commitment.
