in 2023 in the months of May and June, during the complex tax audits, certain organizations have already submitted corrected tax calculations, declaring previously hidden tax liabilities, as a result of which “Nor Zovk” LLC incurred an additional tax liability of around 4.0 billion drams, and “Alex Textil” LLC: additional tax liability of 1.1 billion drams.
On the basis of the information retrieved from the database (server), the investigation and verification procedures for determining the tax obligations of other taxpayers are ongoing.
