The Ministry of Health updated tonight (Saturday) that in the last day 11,663 new verified patients have been diagnosed in Corona. The number of active patients now stands at 70,886, including 290 patients in critical condition. 142 of the critically ill patients, 123 are respirators and 20 are currently connected to an Acmo machine.
The total number of deaths from the outbreak stands at 10,460 people, with 17 of them dying last week. This is a decrease of close to 68 percent compared to the week before. The data also show that the coefficient of infection continues to fall and now stands at 1.4, after yesterday standing at 1.43. The percentage of positive subjects is 20.04%.
In addition, approximately 747,513 Israelis were vaccinated with the fourth vaccine dose. 4,473,482 humans were vaccinated in the third dose.
